1. DURATION OF STAY

The client/tenant signing this contract may not, under any circumstances, claim to remain in the premises at the end of the defined stay. Any delay will be charged at the cost of one night. Departures are always before 11:00 a.m. Arrivals during reception opening hours. Find out before your arrival.

 

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT FOR CHALETS

 

The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the campsite at least 30% of the total rental amount as the reservation deposit and a copy of the signed contract. The language of the contract is French only.

A copy of the contract will be given to the tenant by the manager. The rental concluded in this way cannot under any circumstances benefit even partially third parties without the written agreement of the manager, any violation of this principle would be likely to result in the termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the tenant. manager.

In addition, the tenant accepts without reservation the internal regulations of the campsite (displayed at reception and available on request).

 

3. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER / TENANT

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the manager (email or registered mail).

    • Cancellation before arrival at the campsite and rental locations: the deposit remains with the manager. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the date of entry into the premises. If the customer / tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void, the deposit remains acquired and the manager can dispose of his property and thus rent it to a new person without further notice from the manager. If the cancellation option was chosen when booking, the cancellation request must be sent to us in writing. no later than 10 days before the arrival date (see tab 5 below). Beyond that, the stay will remain due in full and no reimbursement can be made by the manager. The reservation fees and the cost of the cancellation option cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
    • If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains the same and acquired by the manager. No pro rata refund will be made in the event of early departure, whatever the reason. The reference date will remain that of the signed contract.
    • The offer being made remotely but being a fixed date service, the consumer does not have a fourteen-day withdrawal period. See articles L.221-5 and L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

4. CANCELLATION BY THE MANAGER

The manager pays the tenant the entire amount paid (possible option and reservation fees included).

 

5. THE RENTAL AND CAMPSITE PITCH CANCELLATION OPTION.

Price: 3% of the amount of the stay with a minimum of €10 for chalets and €2 for pitches.

This option covers cancellations of stays for certain reasons regarding rentals and pitches.

The stay cancellation option is optional but the CUSTOMER is invited to subscribe to it when booking. Its amount is a percentage of the total amount of the stay. This insurance covers in particular cancellations of STAYS in the event of illness (hospitalization, COVID), serious accident or death, disasters resulting in significant damage to your home, dismissal or modification of your leave due to the employer, following a summons to an examination or before a court. In the event of cancellation of your stay, for a reason falling within the scope of the contract signed, you must inform us as soon as possible by email or post. Official written proof will be required as proof.

This option will end no later than 10 days before your arrival at the campsite. Early departures are not covered by this option.

Deposits already paid at 30%, booking fees and the cost of the cancellation option are not refundable.

The cancellation option will allow the customer not to pay the balance of the contract in the event of cancellation before the deadline (10 days maximum before arrival) and for a valid reason.

In the event of cancellation less than 10 days from the arrival date, the balance will be due.

In the event of late arrival or cancellation of your stay, please notify the campsite as soon as possible in writing; telephone messages are not accepted. If no information reaches us, the pitch/rental becomes available the next day at 12 p.m., it can be allocated to another customer. Full payment for services will remain required as damages and no reimbursement will be made to the customer.

 

6. ARRIVAL

The customer/tenant must report to reception on the day and at the times mentioned in the contract. In the event of late arrival, the customer / tenant must notify the manager sufficiently in advance (48 hours). If you arrive after reception closes, it will not be possible to take possession of the accommodation or the pitch. The customer must provide the precise identity of each occupant.

 

7. REGULATIONS

The balance of the stay is known in advance, after deduction of the deposit already paid. It must be paid according to the payment method provided for in the contract no later than 10 days before arrival. Stays must be paid for in advance. In the event of early departure, no reimbursement may be required from the tenant, including the cancellation option.

 

8. STATE OF PLACE

This is done in the presence of both parties at the beginning and end of each rental. On the day of departure, no inventory will be carried out between 6:00 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. This must be carried out during reception opening hours. Cleaning of the accommodation is MANDATORY and the responsibility of the tenant. The floors must be vacuumed and washed by the customer before departure. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the loss of the cleaning deposit (€100). Housing must be made clean. The tenant is responsible for cleaning interior (Trash emptied, floors, work surfaces, table, hob, dishes, room and toilets… cleaned) AND of the household outside (presence of cigarette butts on the ground, etc.). In the event of a breach, a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be applied and billed on the day of your departure. Any anomaly observed in the accommodation must be communicated to the manager within the first hours of handing over the keys (at the latest the next morning upon opening). Any delayed departure will be charged at the price of an additional night.

 

9. DEPOSITS

The tenant will pay two deposits of €600 and €100 (double deposits for companies or professionals traveling) which will not be cashed but returned in the week following departure or upon departure if the inventory has been carried out, after deduction of the cost of any repairs and/or cleaning. We will proceed by CB imprint only. No checks. Without deposit, no handing over of keys.

 

10. USE OF THE PREMISES

The customer / tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the location / rental (noise pollution, cleanliness of the premises, etc.) and respect the other customers / tenants living near the accommodation in accordance with the internal regulations. For rentals, frying is prohibited inside the accommodation. Wood or charcoal barbecues are prohibited on the entire site. The customer / tenant will respect the direction of traffic and will not exceed 5 km/h on the site by car.

 

11. CAPACITY

The contract is established for a certain number of people which cannot be exceeded. In all cases, the maximum capacity is 6 people, children included. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the manager will refuse additional people. Any additional person (within maximum capacity) will be charged per night.

 

12. ANIMALS

No animal, whatever it may be (dog, cat, etc. small or large), is accepted in the rentals. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the manager will refuse the stay or end it immediately. The customer will not be able to claim any refund.

 

13. INSURANCE

The customer / tenant is responsible for all damage occurring due to him or the people accompanying him. He is required to be insured by a civil liability contract for these various risks in accordance with the internal regulations. A certificate may be requested by the manager before or during the stay.

 

14. CONNECTION TO WIFI AND INTERNET

Regarding the connection to the site’s Wifi to browse the Internet, the customer / tenant is informed that the Internet is a network carrying data likely to be protected by intellectual, literary, artistic, photographic or other property rights. violate the legal provisions in force. The customer/tenant is therefore prohibited from transmitting on the Internet or downloading from the Internet any prohibited, illicit, illegal data, contrary to good morals or public order and infringing or likely to infringe the rights of third parties and in particular the intellectual, literary, artistic or photographic property rights. The customer/tenant is solely responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to third parties due to their connection to the site’s WiFi. Likewise, he is strictly prohibited from communicating the WiFi access code to neighbors under penalty of criminal prosecution. In the event of a breakdown or malfunction of the wifi system, no refund can be requested from the customer.

 

15. FUMEURS

Importantly, the accommodations are all “non-smoking”. All chalet tenants must go outside the accommodation to smoke and use ashtrays. For everyone, it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the lawns throughout the site. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate end of the stay and the cost of deodorizing the accommodation. No refund can be requested by the customer.

 

16. THE PARKING

A parking space is provided in front of the rental. Any additional vehicle or visitor must park exclusively in the parking lot provided for this purpose and located near the reception and may give rise to the payment of a supplement provided for in the price list.
